Logo & Personalization
For logo there is a set-up charge of $35.
Logos must be provided clean black and white artwork in common used image via email or by Fax. Laser engraving is done offsite and typically adds one week to your delivery time.
Please note that "internet" logos or artwork are too poor in quality and are not acceptable because they will not engrave well. They look good on a computer screen but they are much too inferior for achieving quality results.
Please be as specific precise as you can, explaining your Logo. Remember to include your e-mail address and Fax number so that we can get back to you. Thank you!

Delivery:
All orders are delivered straight to your door with tracking.
Please note : - FedEx does not ship to P.O. Box-- Saturday and Sunday excluded.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours once payment is received. Most orders will be shipped within 1 ~ 3 weeks via FedEx, UPS or EMS Speed Post.
